I wish they saw the world in atoms instead of pixels

can’t even see the clouds through their programmed thick skulls


how we preached for humanity

and plagued the hearts

of the war and the hatred

lost divine counterparts


it sure is hard to view life with unconditional affection

when death has appeared as a perpetual obsession
